Return & Exchange Policy

At Diwan Al Tayeb Store, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you wish to return or exchange a product, the following terms and conditions apply:

1. Return & Exchange Conditions

Diwan Al Tayeb Store will cover the return shipping costs. However, the original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Eligible products may be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be returned in its original condition, including its original packaging and any accompanying accessories (if applicable).
Customers are provided with a complimentary 2-gram sample of oud wood for testing purposes.
If the product has been used beyond the complimentary sample amount, the full value of the weight reduction—including the complimentary 2 grams—will be deducted from the refundable amount.

2. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
If the payment was made via bank transfer, the refund will be transferred to the customer's bank account after verifying the provided banking details.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account is subject to the policies and processing times of the relevant bank or payment service provider.
